However, although the book is rooted in the CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy) principles of Thought-> Feeling -> Action, in my own personal opinion, it lacked any real depth. I did find Ils||In exemplarily clear and easy-to-read language, without therapeutic cliches, Ilse Sand takes readers through a cleansing bath for emotional mental hygiene.
